Liz Allen

Elizabeth Allen
Liz
Born to a roadie of the 70’s and denied that BMX bike she always wanted, Liz bought her first mountain bike back in 1994. After a life changing cross-country hiking trip in 1999, a true love of the outdoors and mountain biking was formed. The bond was strengthened in 2001 through the introduction of Steve and Saucon Valley Bikes. Loving the social aspect of biking, Liz has attended Pedrosfest (5000 riders sharing the same love) every year since 01, as well as five years of the Rattling Creek Single Trackers BASH (great group), and a few Jim Thorpe Mountain Bike Weekends. Looking for a new challenge, Liz started racing XC in 2005 and is part of the Saucon Valley Bikes race team.
